| 摘 要： | 1000例心导管检查中门诊病人518例,病种有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病61例,先天性心脏病748例、风湿性心瓣膜病87例,原发性心肌病7例,其他心血管疾病97例。共行左右心导管检查1257例次,冠状动脉造影62例次,其他心血管造影术929例次。发生并发症3.2％,死亡仅1例。总结了减少并发症的经验和应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Cardiac catheterization was performed by using Seldinger cut-down technique on 1000 patients, including 61 with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, 748 with congenital heart disease, 87 with rheumatic valvular disease, 7 with cardio-myopathy and 97 with others heart diseases from May 1985 to May 1989. Most of the patients had both right and left side cardiac catheterization arid angiog. raphy. Coronary angiography was carried out on all 61 patients with ischemic heart disease. Fifty-two per cent of the cases were in Out-Patients'Department Thirty two patients( 3. 2%) had complications and one patient(0. 1 %) died. The experience in preventing major complications was summarized. It is believed that the catheterization is a safe procedure to be used in Out-Patients' Department. |
