| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入的手术治疗效果。方法对260例白内障患者施行巩膜隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术。结果术后视力均有不同程度的提高,术后第1天裸视力≥0.5者为52%,术后第7天裸视力≥0.5者为75.5%,术后1个月裸视力≥0.5者为85.5%。术后1周,平均散光为(1.50±0.52)D,术后1个月为(0.95±0.26)D,术后3个月为(0.55±0.20)D。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术是一种有效的白内障复明手术。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation of the effects of treatment in cataract with small incision non-phacoem ulsification with IOL implantation.Methods Two hundreds and sixty cases cataract were treatmented with the non-phacoem ulsification scleral tunnel small incision combined with IOL implantation.Results The non-phacoem ulsification scleral tunnel small incision combined with IOL implantation is effective method in treating cataract.Conclusions Small incision non-phacoem ulsification with IOL implantation is a effective operations. |
