| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三维CT成像技术在颅面部骨折中的临床应用价值；方法：对12例颅面部骨折患者行三维CT检查；结果：除1例上颌窦内壁和蝶骨翼突骨折，三维CT未显示，二维CT显示，术中证实，3例眼眶内侧壁三维CT显示大小不同的缺损，如同空腔，造成假阳性外，余均清晰显示了骨折的部位、范围、骨块移位方向和距离；结论：三维CT图像清晰，立体直观，为手术入路的设计，接骨板的选择提供了可靠的信息，可正确指导手术．给治疗带来了极大方便。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of 3d-CT application in the craniofacial fracture.Methods:12 cases of the craniofacial fracture were scanned by 3D-CT.Results:Medial wall of the maxilla and pterygoid process of the sphenoid bone of one case,being identified by 2D-CT,being proved by operation,was not identified by 3D-CT;Normal medial walls of 3 cases were wrongly presented defect by 3D-CT;All locations,ranges,directions,distances of the fracture,are clearly presented by 3D-CT in the others.Conclusion:3D-CT has some direct meaning for the reduction of the craniofacial fractures. |
