HIV／AIDS合并妊娠的CD4＋T淋巴细胞临床观察

目的探讨HIV／AIDS合并妊娠规范使用抗病毒药物后CD4^＋T淋巴细胞的变化规律。方法回顾性分析36例HIV／AIDS孕产妇CD4^＋T淋巴细胞计数及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值变化，其中具有孕期、产后（3个月内）连续的CD4^＋、CD8^＋T淋巴细胞计数及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值资料的有17例。结朵36例患者CD4^＋计数最小值80个／uL，最大值743个／uL，中位数367个／uL。其中17例患者孕期CD4^＋计数最小值80个／uL，最大值588个／uL，中位数313个／uL；产后（3个月内）CD4^＋计数最小值139个／uL，最大值737个／uL，中位数391个／uL；孕期CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值最低0．13，最高0．89，中位数0．41，产后CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值最低0．17，最高1．2，中位数O．51。结论本组17名HIV／AIDS孕产妇孕期、产后CD4^＋T淋巴细胞计数及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值变化为产后有逐渐上升的趋势，但χ^2检验差异无统计学意义。

HIVIAIDS in pregnancy the CD4+lymphocytes in clinical observation

Objective To explore the changes of CD4^＋ T lympnocytes after the use of antiviral medicine to the HIV/ AIDS in pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the changes of 36 cases of HIV/AIDS maternal CD4^＋T lympnocyte count and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio, in which there were 17 cases of pregnancy, postpartum （within 3 months） with the continuous count of the CD4^＋, CD8^＋T lympnocyte and the data of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio. Results 36 cases of patients with CD4^＋T lympnocyte count of minimum 80个/uL, maximum 743个/uL, median 367个/uL.Of which 17 cases of pregnancy in patients with CD4^＋T lympnocyte count of minimum 80个/uL, maximum 588个/uL, median 313个/uL.Postpartum （within 3 months） CD4＋ T lympnocyte count of minimum 139个/uL, maximum 737个/uL, median 391个/uL.pregnancy CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio of the minimum 0.13, maximum 0.89, median 0.41, postpartum CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio of the minimum 0. 17, maximum 1.2, median 0.51. Conclusion 17 cases of the maternal HIV/AIDS during pregnancy, postpartum CD4^＋T lympnocyte count and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ratio for post-natal changes in the trend has gradually increased, but the χ^2 test is not statisticaUy significant difference.
