^125碘粒子植入治疗口腔恶性肿瘤的临床研究

目的对影响功能的口腔恶性肿瘤应用125碘粒子插植治疗并观察其疗效及口腔功能改善情况。方法对23例确诊的有功能障碍的口腔恶性肿瘤患者,按治疗计划,通过影像引导或直视下植入放射性核素125碘粒子,并进行验证。结果CT或B超引导植入9例;直视下植入14例;125碘粒子插植治疗后2个月检查显示:完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)17例,稳定(NC)5例,进展(PD)0例,肿瘤均有减小,总有效率为78.2%,6、12个月继续随访患者,口腔功能持续改善。患者不良反应症状、体征发生率低于外照射放疗。结论放射性125碘粒子插植治疗口腔恶性肿瘤可明显改善患者口腔功能,副作用轻。

Clinical study of 125iodine seed implantation in treatment of oral malignant tumors

Objective To observe therapeutic effects and improvement in oral functions after 125iodine seed implantation in treatment of oral malignant tumors.Methods Twenty-three patients diagnosed as oral malignant tumors accompanied oral dysfunction were treated by 125iodine seed implantation under image guidance or direct vision with dosage verified in accordance with computer generated therapeutic plan.Results There were 9 CT-guided and B-ultrasonic scan-guidance,14 direct vision-guided implantations;two months after 125iodine seed implantation,examination revealed 1 complete response(CR),17 partial responses(PR),5 stable diseases(NC) and 0 progress diseases(PD),effective rate was 78.2% and an overall decrease in tumor sizes.Oral functions continued to improve during the 6 and 12 months of follow-up periods.The incidences of symptoms and signs of adverse reactions were lower in patients receiving implantation therapy than those in receiving external radiotherapy.Conclusion Radioactive 125iodine seed implantation resulted in significant improvement of oral functions in treatment of oral malignant tumors and with limited side effects.
