云浮市2006年流感病原学监测分析

目的对云浮市2006年流感病毒进行病原学监测,进一步了解流感病毒的变异特点,探索流感流行的规律。方法采集监测哨点医院、学校流感样病例的鼻咽拭子标本,用MDCK细胞分离流感病毒,采用血凝抑制方法（HI）进行流感病毒型别鉴定。结果2006年共采集标本911份,分离出流感病毒34株,分离率3.72%,其中H1N1亚型16株;B型（Victoria系）18株。结论2006年云浮市有H1N1亚型和B型（Victoria系）流感病毒流行,上半年以B型流感病毒为流行优势株,但下半年B型流感病毒活动明显减弱,以H1N1亚型流感病毒为流行优势株。

Analysis of results of pathogenic monitoring of influenza virus in Yunfu City in 2006

Objective To understand the variation of influenza virus and explore its pevalent rule in Yunfu City through pathologically monitoring of influenza virus in 2006. Methods Samples were collected from influenza patients in sentinel hospitals and schools and influenza virus were isolated with MDCK cells and the virus isolated were genotyped by using hemogglutination inhibition test. Results Totally 911 samples were gathered in 2006 and 34 influenza virus strains were obtained with a positive rate of 3.72%,including 16 strains belonging to H1N1 subtypes and 18 strains belonging to B type (Victoria). Conclusion H1N1 subtype and B type (Victoria series) od influenza virus were prevalent in Yunfu City in 2006 and B type (Victoria series) of influenza virus predominated in the first half of the year, while H1N1 subtype predominated in the sencond half of the year.
