蚌埠地区22例甲型H1N1流感防治临床分析

目的分析甲型H1N1流感临床特点,了解其病性与预后,以及蚌埠地区疫情分析,为控制其流行提供制定相应策略的依据。方法回顾分析于我院住院的22例甲型H1N1流感患者的流行病学史、临床表现和治疗情况。结果住院患者主要为儿童、学生和青壮年,蚌埠市的四个区均有分布,临床表现符合一般病毒感染的特点,病情相对较轻,预后好,没有病危和死亡病例。结论甲型H1N1流感在蚌埠已经流行。一般患者预后较好,甲流感第三套诊治方案中的轻症患者可以居家观察的方法可行,轻症患者无需奥司他韦治疗。重点应关注高危和重症病例。

Clinical analysis of 22 cases of Type A H1N1 flu prevention in Bengbu area

Objective To analyze the clinical features of influenza A H1N1 flu,to understand their condition and prognosis,so as to provide appropriate preventional strategies.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in our hospital in 22 cases of patients with influenza A H1N1 in terms of influenza epidemiological history,clinical manifestations and treatment.Results The cases were mainly students of Bengbu City.The distrbution had clinical manifestations consistent with the general characteristics of virus infection.The symptoms were relatively mild,the prognosis was good,and there were no cases of severe illness and death.Conclusion Influenza A H1N1 has circulated in Bengbu.Most patients have a better prognosis.Home observation for mild patients is feasible.The emphasis should be put on the high-risk and severe cases.
