| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨癌基因Ｃ－ｍｙｃ产物在实验性大鼠肝癌变过程中作用。方法：应用Ｃ－ｍｙｃ癌基因蛋白单克隆抗体，采用免疫组化ＳＰ方法，检测分析大鼠肝癌变过程中Ｃ－ｍｙｃ蛋白表达，结果：诱癌早期增生的肝细胞及变异肝细胞灶中即显示Ｃ－ｍｙｃ的过度表达，并随增生肝细胞结节的形成和演进所表达的细胞也增多。结论：癌基因Ｃ－ｍｙｃ激活后其产物超量表达参与了实验性肝癌的发生和发展，也为人类肝癌提供一个参考诊断标志。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of C-myc oncogene protein in precancerous lesions of liver of rat.Method: The expression of C-myc oncogene protein was examined with the monoclonal antibody of C-myc and immunohistochemical S-P method in precancerous lesions of liver in rat. Result : The results showed that overexpression of C-myc was presented in the proliferated hepatocytes foci during the early stage of hepatocarcinogenesis and with the formation and progression of hyperplastic hepatocytic nodules , the overexpression cells increased . Conclusion : The overexpression of C-myc oncogene was directly involved in the initiation and progression of hepatocarcinoma in rat and could be used as a consultative marker for early diagnosis of human hepatocarcinoma.
