摘    要:目的 筛选改善高原移居青年做功量的药物。 方法 对海拔 370 0m已习服的 4 0名士兵随机分为 4组 ,每组 10人。用踏车功率计做坐位踏车运动。初始负荷功率 2 5W ,每 3min递增 5 0W ,递增至 2 2 5W踏车 3min后终止。记录即刻心率及终止 5min后的恢复心率。然后 4组受试者分别口服酪氨酸、乙酰唑胺、依那普利加硝苯地平、安慰剂 (对照组 ) ,每天 2次 ,连服 15d。在服药 10d、15d、停药 10d、2 0d时重复上述运动试验。采用组间与组内比较 ,双因素方差分析。 结果 功率 2 2 5W时 3组服药组服药 10d、15d、停药 10d心率较服药前及对照组降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;服药 10d、15d、停药 10d、2 0d时 ,运动终止 5min后恢复心率明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 服用酪氨酸、乙酰唑胺、依那普利加硝苯地平均能改善高原移居青年的心功能 ,提高做功量 ,并以酪氨酸为首选

Abstract:Objective To study and screen drugs for improving immigrants, work efficiency at high altitude. Methods Forty healthy young soldiers from plain area stationed at 3 700 m altitude for 6 months served as subjects. They were randomly divided into tyrosine group, acetazolamide group, enalapril+nifedpine group and placebo group. Increasingly loaded exercise up to 225 W were performed and HR were recorded before medication, on the 10th, 15th day of medication, and 10 d, 20 d after discontinuance of medication. Results As compared with those in control group, the heart rates in three drug groups on the 10th and 15th day of medication and 10 day after discontinuance of medication were significantly lower ( P< 0.05 or P <0.01), and their reinstating heart rates 5 min after exercise were also significantly lower( P <0.01). Conclusion Tyrosine, acetazolamide, enalapril and nifedipine, can improve the work efficency of immigrants at high altitude and tyrosine is of the first choice.
