血浆置换联合持续血液滤过治疗重型肝炎肝肾综合征疗效观察

目的观察血浆置换联合持续血液滤过治疗重型肝炎合并肝。肾综合征的疗效。方法应用血浆置换加持续血液滤过治疗13例重型肝炎合并肝。肾综合征患者并与单纯药物治疗进行比较。结果血浆置换联合持续血液滤过治疗组肝。肾功能及电解质恢复明显好于单纯药物治疗组，且生存率较单纯药物治疗组明显升高。结论血浆置换联合持续血液滤过是治疗重型肝炎并发肝。肾综合征的有效方法。

Plasma exchange and hemofiltration in the treatment of severe hepatitis with hepatorenal syndrome

Objective To evaluate the effect of plasma exchange and hemofiltration in the therapy of severe hepatitis with hepatorenal syndrome. Methods 13 severe hepatitis patients with hepatorenal syndrome were treated with plasma exchange and hemofiltration compared to 13 with conventional medicine therapy. Results Liver, renal function tests and serum electrolyte level were much better in patients with plasma exchange and hemofiltration therapy than those in patients with medicine therapy alone. Conclusion Plasma exchange combined with hemofiltration is an effective way in the therapy of severe hepatitis with hepatorenal syndrome.
