| 摘 要： | 采用脊柱前路减压，USAPlate内固定术治疗腰椎体爆裂性骨折并不完全截瘫9例，随访时间3-20个月，均获得满意效果。表明行椎管前方减压手术方法方便、彻底，内固定后脊柱稳定性好，又只固定三个椎体，术后对脊柱活动功能影响小，有利于病情康复。

| Abstract: | The operation of anterior rout decompression and USA plate internal fixation had been used in 9 cases with bursting fracture of lumbar vertebral body with incomplete paraplegia and gained satisfacory results through 3 to 20 months follow up We believe this procedure has following advantages;convenient and thorough decompression through the anterior rout way of spine,good spine stability after internal fixation of only three vertebral boodies and less postoperative influence on spine function |
