摘    要:目的 比较前列腺素E1与氨力农在缺氧性肺动脉高压动物治疗中 ,对血流动力学和血气分析的作用。方法 测定缺氧性肺动脉高压的小猪用前列腺素E1治疗前后的血流动力学和血气分析的变化 ,并与用氨力农治疗作比较。结果 用前列腺素E1后 ,猪肺动脉压比治疗前显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,心搏指数增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血气分析及血压与治疗前比较无变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。与氨力农组各项指标比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 前列腺素E1与氨力农均能显著降低缺氧性肺动脉高压的肺动脉压 ,增加心输出量 ,疗效相仿

Abstract:Objcetive To investigate the comparison of the effect of prostaglandin E 1 and amrinone on hemodynamic and blood gas analysis in animals with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.Methods Indices of hemodynamic and blood gas analysis were detected before and after injecting prostaglandin E 1 in experimental pigs(PGE 1 group),while the same indices were detected in amrinone group.Results After injecting intravenously prostaglandin E 1 injection,the mean value of pulmoary artery pressure was significantly decreased than that before injecting prostaglandin E 1 in pigs(P<0.01),Cardiac index was increased than that before injecting prostaglandin E 1(P<0.05),Blood gas analysis and blood pressure were not different between before and after injecting prostaglandin E 1(P>0.05),All of indices had not difference between prostaglandin E 1 group and amrinone group (P>0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that prostaglandin E 1 have the same effectiveness as amrinone,which could significantly decline the pulmonary artery pressure and increase the cardiac output in animals with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
