摘    要:目的:对黄酮类化合物抗炎免疫、抗衰老药理进行综述。方法:查阅近10年国内外研究资料并进行汇总、综述。结果:黄酮类化合物是许多中草药的有效成分,具有广泛生物活性。近年来有关其在抗炎、调节免疫、抗衰老作用方面的研究较多。大量实验研究表明,黄酮类化合物有抗炎、调节免疫、抗衰老作用,且作用机制与其抗自由基或抗氧化有关。结论:对黄酮类化合物进行进一步的研究和开发具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To summarize anti- inflammatory , immunodulatory and anti- senility effects of total flavones and its possible mechanism. Methods To summarize materials from domestic and abroad last 10 years. Results Flavones , as an effective component extracted from traditional Chinese herbs, has extensive pharmacological actions, recently there are many researches with focus on its effects on anti- inflammatory , immunodulatory and anti- senility. It has been proved that flavones is effective in anti- inflammatory , immunodulatory and anti- senility. And its action mechanism is closely related with clearing away free radical and enhancing anti- oxidation. Conclusion Further studies on flavones is worth making.
