医疗护理安全与护士的职业道德

目的探讨医疗、护理安全与护士的职业道德水平关系。方法通过对护士进行职业道德教育;加强自我修养;更新护理理念;倡导人文关怀;提高护理人员素质,增强责任心;不断提高护理的理论﹑业务水平;加强护患沟通;加强法制教育,提高法律意识;提高护士的职业道德境界。结果医疗﹑护理安全大大提高,医疗纠纷发生率明显下降。结论随着我国医疗卫生事业改革日渐深入及医疗服务市场的变化,以及人民文化﹑生活水平的提高,患者的法律观念﹑经济意识和自我保护意识不断增强,医疗纠纷防范与医疗安全管理已成为当前医疗工作的重点,护士接触病人的时间和机会最多,护理工作量大,牵涉面广,持续时间长,医院医疗﹑护理质量的高低、优劣,与护理人员的工作密切相关,在医疗﹑护理安全活动中,护理安全担当着一个重要角色,因此,通过对护士进行职业道德教育;加强自我修养;更新护理理念;提高护理人员素质,增强责任心;不断提高护理的理论﹑业务水平;加强护患沟通;加强法制教育,提高法律意识,提高护士的职业道德境界,将有利于提高医疗﹑护理安全,减少医疗纠纷发生。
