| 摘 要： | 为探讨沙漠干热徒手应激行军人体血浆ＨＳＰ７０ 的变化规律，对沙漠干热环境中以不同速度和时间徒手行军的５７ 名战士和１４ 名对照组血浆ＨＳＰ７０ 进行了研究。结果发现，虽然各不同速度和时间应激行军组与对照、同一行军时间不同行军速度之间和同速度不同行军时间之间，ＨＳＰ７０ 均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５） ，但行军速度不同，血浆ＨＳＰ７０ 随行军时间变化的规律不尽相同，即，当行军速度超过一定值后，随着行军速度（ 应激强度） 的增加，同一行军时间血浆ＨＳＰ７０ 水平下降。ＨＳＰ７０ 的变化分３个期；第一期（ 应激期） ：行军的最初１ 小时，此期机体ＨＳＰ７０ 的合成最为强烈；第二期（ 调节期） ：行军的第二小时，机体热适应和热耐受的调节最为活跃，血浆ＨＳＰ７０ 水平迅速下降；第三期（ 恢复期或适应期） ：行军的第三小时，ＨＳＰ７０ 的消耗逐渐减少、ＨＳＰ７０ 的合成和反馈抑制达到相对平衡状态，于行军３小时，血浆ＨＳＰ７０ 恢复到对照水平

| Abstract: | To explore the regulation of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in case of marching without load in dry heat desert,the plasma HSP70 of 57 marchers and 14 controls were detected.The results revealed that there is no significant difference between exposed groups and control,different time exposures at 3 5km/h and 5km/h at 3 5km/h.and 5km/h.for the same time(P>0 05),but the regulation of HSP70 in plasma at 3 5km/h differs from 5km/h,namely,HSP70 decreases with the speed.It demonstrated that HSP70 seems to have three stages,including stress,regulation,and acclimatization,and the regulation is various in different stage. |
