| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨普伐他汀联合抗抑郁药对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)疗效.方法:78例老年冠心病人分为A、B两组.A组给以普伐他汀,B组以普伐他汀联合抗抑郁药(氟西汀),分别治疗1个疗程(1个月),观察TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、CPR、CD62P(%)各项指标的变化.结果:两组病人经过治疗,TG、TC、CPR、CD62P均有下降,LDL-C、HDL-C两项变化不明显,两组相比,B组病人的TG、TC、CPR、CD62P四项指标变化更为明显,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:普伐他汀联合抗抑郁药治疗冠心病比单纯用普伐他汀治疗效果更为显著.

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effect of pravastatin combined anti-depression drug for senile coronary heart disease.Methods：78 cases were divided into 2 groups：A and B.Group A was given only pravastatin and group B was given pravastatin combined anti-depression drug fluoxetine.After one month treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,CPR and CD62P were examined to see the indexes changes.Results：In both group A and group B,the level of TG,TC,CPR,CD62P desended,but LDL-C and HDL-C had no evident change.Compared with group A,the TG,TC,CPR and CD62P of group B had more evident changes with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of pravastatin combined anti-depression drug for senile coronary heart disease is more distinct than that of only pravastatin. |
