护理干预对高血压患者遵医行为的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对高血压患者遵医行为的影响.方法:将我院2008年3～10月义诊查出的高血压患者分为干预组和对照组各60例.对两组患者的遵医率进行比较.结果:实施护理干预后的患者遵医率明显高于前者,P<0.05.结论:护理干预可提高高血压患者的遵医行为和健康意识,保持良好的生活习惯,对治疗高血压及预防各种并发症的发生,降低死亡率,延长寿命有着重要的意义.

Impact of nursing intervention on compliance of patients with hypertension

Objective：To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with hypertension.Methods：In our hospital from March to October 2006 the hypertensive patients dignosed by volunteer medical consultation were divided into two groups,namely the intervention group and control group,60 cases in each group.The compliance rate of two groups of patients were compared.Results：The rate of following the doctor＇s advice after nusing intervention was significantly higher than the former（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can improve compliance in patients with hypertension and health awareness.Good habits have important significance to the treatment of hypertension and prevention of complications,mortality reduction and extending life expectancy.
