| 摘 要： | 目的：总结微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术（MPCNL）的护理配合。方法：回顾性分析105例肾、输尿管上段结石病人行MPCNL的临床资料。结果：本组病人手术顺利,手术时间为70～220min,结石基本取出,无并发症发生,无中转开放手术。结论：加强肾、输尿管上段结石病人行MPCNL的护理配合取得效果满意。

| Abstract: | Obective：To summarize the nursing coordination of microinvasive percutaneous nephroscope （PCN） lithotripsy.Methods： Clinical data of 105 kidney or superior segment of ureter calculi patients undergoing PCN lithotripsy were analyzed.Results：All opertions were successful.The time of operation was 70-220 min.Calculi were removed completely.There was no complication and no conversion to open operation.Conclusion：The effect of strengthening nursing coordination for kidney or superior segment ureter calculus pstlents undergoing PCN lithotripsy is satisfied. |
