| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射治疗烧伤的效果。方法：将72例烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。创面处理后观察组敷予美宝湿润烧伤膏后红外线灯照射20～30分钟，对照组只用红外线照射。结果：观察组疗效显著优于对照组，观察组97％，对照组86％；治疗时间显著短于对照组，观察组（14＋6）d，对照组（19＋8）d。结论：应用湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射治疗烧伤，效果明显优于单独红外线照射。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To evaluate the curative effect of Meibao Moist Bum Ointment combined infrared irradiation for treating bum. Methods：72 cases of bum were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group received the infrared irradiation for 20-30min after compressing Meibao Moist Bum Ointment.While the control group was only given infrared irradiation.Results：The curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （the effective rate 97% vs. 86%）.The treatment time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （14＋6）min vs.（19＋8） min]. Conclusion：The curative effect of Meibao Moist Bum Ointment combined infrared irradiation is obviously superior to simple infrared irradiation for treating bum. |
