儿童传染性单核细胞增多症伴眼睑水肿及呼吸道梗阻症状临床分析

目的:探讨传染性单核细胞增多症(Infectious mononucleosis,IM)伴眼睑水肿、呼吸道梗阻症状的特点及发生率.方法:对78例IM的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:IM的临床表现多种多样,除典型临床表现:发热、咽峡炎、颈淋巴结和肝脾肿大等临床表现外.伴眼睑水肿及呼吸道梗阻症状发生率分别达48.71%、46.15%,其中以跟睑水肿、呼吸道梗阻为首发症状的分别占12%、14%.结论:眼睑水肿、呼吸道梗阻为IM不可忽视的重要体征之一,有助于本病的早期诊断、早期观察.

Clinical analysis of infectious mononucleosis with eyelid edema and airway obstruction in children

Objective：To investigate the characteristics and incidence of infectious mononucleosis with eyelid edema and airway obstruction.Methods：Clinical data of 78 patients with infectious mononucleosis in Zigong Third People＇s Hospital from Feb.2007 to Jan.2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The clinical manifestations of infectious mononucleosis were diversified,in addition to the typical clinical manifestations of fever,angina,neck lymph node swell and hepatosplenomegaly,there were also eyelid edema and airway obstruction.And the incidence of eyelid edema and airway obstruction as initial symptom was 12% and 14%,respectively.Conclusion：The clinical manifestation of infectious mononucleosis is diversified.Eyelid edema and airway obstruction are nonnegligible signs,which is helpful to the early diagnosis and observation.
