康复新液治疗儿童肛周脓肿术后疗效观察

目的:探讨康复新液治疗儿童肛周脓肿的疗效.方法:选择2004年1月～2009年1月在我院治疗的61例肛周脓肿患儿.手术后随机分为治疗组31例,对照组30例.治疗组采用康复新液换药,对照组采用常规换药方法.结果:治疗组患儿创面平均愈合时间,肉芽生长周期及治愈率均优于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:康复新液治疗儿童肛周脓肿疗效确切,能明显缩短创面愈合时间,减少复发率,提高治愈率,是一种安全有效的术后换药制剂.

Curative effect observation of Kangfuxin Liquid for postoperative treatment of children perianal abscess

Objective：To probe into the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid for postoperative treatment of children perianal abscess.Methods：61 inpatients with perianal abscess admitted to the proctologic department of our hospital from January 2004 to January 2009 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（31cases） and the control group（30cases） after operation.The treatment group received the dressing change with Kangfuxin Liquid and the control group adopted routine dressing change.Results：The average healing time,granulation growth cycle and cure rate in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group（P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Kangfuxin Liquid has definite curative effect on treating children perianal abscess,reduce the wound healing time and recurrence rate and increase the curative rate,which is a safe and effective dressing change preparation.
