常用血浆扩容剂对微柱凝集试验的影响

目的:探讨常用血浆扩容剂6%羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液和右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液对4个不同生产厂家微柱凝集试验的影响.方法:A、B、O、AB血型各5名健康献血员混合样本,分别用6%羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液和右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液配制成0%～35%浓度的模型样本,用4个不同生产厂家微柱凝集试验卡对受检样本进行ABO-Rh(D)正反定型血型鉴定,红细胞血型抗体筛查,并随机与库存同型献血者血样进行交叉配血试验.结果:0%～35%浓度的两种常用血浆扩容剂6%羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液租右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液对4种不同生产厂家微柱凝集试验检测ABO-Rh(D)正反定型血型鉴定、红细胞血型抗体筛查、交叉配血未产生干扰.结论:0%～35%浓度常用血浆扩容剂6%羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液和右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液对4个不同生产厂家微柱凝集试验无干扰.

Impact of common plasma expansion agent on micro-column agglutination test

Objective：To investigate the impact of commonly used plasma expansion agent 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium chloride injection and dextran 40 glucose injection on micro -column agglutination test in four different manufacturers.Methods：Five mixed samples of healthy blood donors with A,B,O,AB blood types,were respectively confected,with 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and sodium chloride injection and dextran 40 glucose injection into the concentration of 0～35% of the model samples.Using four different manufacturers of micro -column agglutination test card to pesform ABO,Rh（D） blood group identification of the positive and negative stereotypes,red blood cell blood group antibody screening,and random blood donors and inventory the same type of cross-matching tests.Results：0～35% concentration of the two kinds of common plasma expansion agent 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and sodium chloride injection,and dextran 40 glucose injection in 4 different manufacturers of micro-column agglutination test for detection ABO,Rh（D） blood group identification of the positive and negative stereotypes,red blood cell blood group antibody screening,cross matching of blood tests had no interference.Conclusion：0～35% of plasma concentrations of commonly used expansion of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and sodium chloride injection,and dextran 40 glucose injection on four different manufacturers of micro-column agglutination test has no interference.
