| 摘 要： | 目的：建立妇炎平栓中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，P2kromasil C18柱为固定相，甲醇-水（80：20）为流动相，检测波长322nm，流速1．0ml／min，柱温室温。结果：蛇床子素在0．0352～0．5632μg／L（r=-0．9999）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．95％、RSD为2．08％。结论：本方法简便，准确，重现性好，可用于测定妇炎平栓中的蛇床子素的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To establish a method for determination of the contents of osthole in Fuyanping Suppository.Methods： HPLC method was selected to determine the contents of osthole. The chromatographic conditions included Kromasil C18 column, methanol- water （80：20） as the mobile phase,the wavelength of detector at 322 nm,the flow rate 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature at room temporature.Results：The calibration curve of osthole was linear over the range of 0.0352～0.5632 μg/L （r=0.9999） and the average recovery was 99.95%% （RSD=2.08%）. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate and reliable,which could be used for determination of the osthole contents in Fuyanping Suppository. |
