社会因素剖宫产临床分析

目的：探讨社会因素剖宫产的利与弊，为提高产科质量提供资料。方法：对我院社会因素剖宫产住院患者134例进行产科质量相关指标分析，并与同期产科指征剖宫产289例进行比较分析。结果：社会因素剖宫产的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、产后出血发生率、术后恶露持续时间、产后体温均高于产科指征剖宫产，新生儿Apgar评分及体重的比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：社会因素剖宫产存在一定安全隐患，增加产后出血发生率，延缓子宫复旧，加强对产妇的宣传教育，更新产科医护人员的服务观念，控制社会因素剖宫产率势在必行。

Clinical analysis of cesarean section due to social factors

Objective ：To investigate the impact of social factors on cesarean section for providing reference to improve the obstetric quality.Methods：The obstetric quality related indexes were analyzed in 134 inpatients of cesarean section due to social factors and compared simultaneously with 289 cases of cesarean section with obstetric indications in our hospital from 2007 to 2008.Results： Neonatal＇respiratory distress syndrome, postpartum hemorrhage, continuance time of postoperative lochia and postpartum temperature in cesarean section due to social factors were higher than those in cesarean section with obstetric indications. Neonatal Apgar scores and body weight had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Cesarean section due to social factors has certain hidden trouble such as increasing incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and delaying uterine involution.It is imperative to enhance the physician-patient communication, renew the service conception of the obstetric doctors and nurses and control the rate of cesarean section due to social factors.
