特布他林联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的:探讨特布他林联合地塞米松超声雾化吸入治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的临床疗效.方法:将68例毛细支气管炎患儿按入院先后随机分为两组,治疗组34例在常规综合治疗的基础上加用特布他林雾化液和地塞米松联合超声雾化吸入治疗,对照组34例在此基础上用氨茶碱和地塞米松静脉注射治疗,对治疗前后的症状、体征持续时间进行比较.结果:治疗组在呼吸困难、喘憋、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失、治愈率及住院时间与对照组比较差异均有显著性,P均<0.01.结论:两药联合雾化吸入治疗儿童毛细支气管炎,可以缓解早期的呼吸困难、喘憋等症状,肺部啰音减少或消失的时间提前,从而缩短疗程,且疗效确切,使用方便安全.

Evaluation of treatment of bronchiolitis with terbutaline and dexamethasone by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of children bronchiolitis treated with terbutaline and dexamethasone by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.Methods：68 cases of children bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups according to the hospitalization order.In the conventional treatment group,34 cases were added terbutaline solution for nebulization and dexamethasone by ultrasonic atomizing inhalation on the basis of rountine treatment.In the control group,34 patients were treated with intravenous aminophylline and dexamethasone on the basis of combined mesures in the treatment group.To compare the symptoms,signs duration time before and after treatment.Results：Compared with the control group,in the treatment group,dyspnea,asthma,cough,disappearance of pulmonary rales,the cure rate and duration of hospitalization were significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusion：The treatment of two-drug combination of aerosol inhalation in children bronchiolitis can relieve early dyspnea,asthma and advance the reduction or disappearance of pulmonary rales.By this way,the course of treatment can be shorten and the curative effect is significant,which is convenient and safety to use.
