摘    要:目的:探讨优选微波干燥法蜜炙远志的炮制工艺.方法:以远志总皂苷含量为指标,采用正交试验法对微波干燥法蜜炙远志的炮制工艺进行优选.结果:加蜜量,微波火力对试验结果有显著影响,加热时间对实验结果无显著影响,最佳炮制工艺为:加蜜量25%,微波火力80,加热时间4 win.结论:优选得到的工艺参数有实际应用意义.

Abstract:Objective:To assess the microwave processing effects on polygala with honey.Methods:According to orthogonal design L9(3)4 of microwave power levels,processing time,and ratio of honey to polygala to optimize the processing technology with onjisaponins as index.Results:Onjisaponins concentration of polygala was significantly associated with microwave power levels(P0.01),and ratio of honey to polygala(P0.01).The processing time,polygala could be processed well under selected condition of microwave power level of 80,healing for 4 min,and 25% added honey.Conclusion:Microwave technology can be applied to polygala with honey.
