| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝硬变门静脉高压症患者血中内皮素（endothelin,ET）与前列环素（prostacyclin,PGI2)间相互作用关系及病理生理意义。方法 观察12例肝硬变门静脉高压症患者门腔分流术后，消炎痛对门脉压力、乐ET和PGI2的作用。结果 用消炎痛后，门脉压力、门脉血浆ET水平明显升高，PGI2水平明显下降（P＜0.001）。结论 提示PGI2能有效拮抗ET生物学效应，血管内皮细胞所释放的PGI与ET间可能存在反馈调节。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the interaction between prostacyclin(PGI 2) and endothelin (ET) in cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension and its pathophysioplogical significance.Methods The changes of portal pressure,portal plasma ET and PGI 2 were observed after indomethacin administration in 12 cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension undergoing portasystemic shunt.Results It was found that portal pressure and portal plasma ET level were increased and PGI 2 concentration were reduced( P <0.001).Conclusion It is indicated that PGI 2 antagonizes biological actions of ET effectively,which suggested that a feedback mechanism could exist in vivo between ET and PGI 2 released from vascular endothelial cells. |
