| 摘 要： | 笔报道60例120个膝骨关节炎采用欣维可（即透明质酸钠）治疗及护理。有效率：轻度、中度达100％,重度为845。除了注射后24h有暂时性的胀感外,未见其它副作用,欣维可比同类产品显效快,作用时间更持久,注射次数少,总费用低。认为做好治疗前、治疗中及治疗后等护理是促进欣维可治疗效果的关键。

| Abstract: | cases of Osteoarthritis in knee joints of 60 patients treated with sofast were observed. The results showed effectiveness rates of low-grade group, moderate group and severe group were 100%, 100% and 84% respectively. No other side effects were observed except swelling sense in 24 hours after injection. It was demonstrated that sofast was better in quick effect, duration of effect, injection-times and cost. Proper nursing care before and after the injections was key to the effects. |
