应用双钢板固定技术治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路应用双钢板固定技术治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法2004年6月-2008年2月我科收治肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折31例，所有病例行后路经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路，使用双钢板内固定，术后尽早行肘关节的主动功能锻炼。结果31例随访6～24个月，平均11．5个月，骨折全部愈合，无肘内翻发生。伤口Ⅰ期愈合，无感染发生。尺神经损伤经神经营养药物治疗后恢复。肘关节功能恢复良好，根据Mayo肘关节功能评分，优21例，良10例。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路应用双钢板固定技术是治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的较好方法。

Observing of curative effect of Double-plate tochnique on humeral intercondylar fractures

Objective To explore the effect of double-plate technique on humeral intercondylar fractures. Methods 31 cases of humeral intercondylar fractures using double-plate technique were analyzed. Postoperative patients began the active training of elbow joint as soon as possible. Results Bone union was obtained in all patients with humeral intercondylar fractures. The average time of concrescence was 11.5 months.No cases of cubitus varus happen, the ulnar nerve injury recovered with neural nutrients, and elbow function recovered satisfactorily. Of 31 cases 21 were excellent, 4 were good. Conclusion Double-plate technique was proved to be a good method in treatment of humeral intercondylar fractures.
