| 摘 要： | 目的:研究注塑(牙合)支托与金属铸造(牙合)支托对隐形义齿咬合力的影响.方法:对12例双尖牙缺失患者,使用美国VALPLAST公司研制的半透明聚合树脂材料制作隐形义齿,分别制作注塑(牙合)支托与金属铸造(牙合)支托隐形义齿各一副,用电桥式咬合力测试仪测试咬合力.结果:铸造金属(牙合)支托与注塑(牙合)支托隐形义齿咬合力有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:对需要承担较大咬合力的隐形义齿,推荐使用金属铸造(牙合)支托的设计修复方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the difference of occlusal forces between cast metal occlusal rest and flexible cast occlusal rest designed for flexible denture.Methods:Translucent polymerized resin developed by Valplast corporation was used to fabricate the flexible denture.Twelve patients with bicuspid loss were delivered flexible denture with cast metal occlusal rest and flexible cast occlusal rest respectively.The occlusal forces were tested by electronic measuring instrument.Results:The occlusal forces of the flexible dentures with cast metal occlusal rest and with flexible cast occlusal rest showed significantly different (P<0 01) in these 12 patients.Conclusion:The design of cast metal occlusal rest is recommended for over loaded flexible denture. |
