| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高龄食管癌、贲门癌患者围手术期处理。方法：回顾性分析了53例高龄食管癌及贲门癌患者围手术期治疗情况。结果：手术切除48例，占全组的90．6％。术后并发症15例（28．3％），多为心肺并发症，围手术期死亡3例。结论：高龄食管癌、贲门癌患者术前充分准备，术中及术后加强心电监护、心肌保护和呼吸道管理等措施，可减少并发症的发生，提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the perioperative management of esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer in aged patients. Methods: 53 patients (aged 70 or older), which account for 4.1% (53/1293) of all cases of esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer treated in our hospital within eleven years, were analysed in this article. Results: The resectability rate of this group was 90.6%(48/53), the incident rate of postoperative complication was 28.3%(15/53), mostly to be cardiopulmonary. Three cases died of operation. Conclusions: careful preoperative preparation, perioperative ECG monitoring, myocardial protection, and management of air way play important roles both in successful operation and in decrease of complications. |
