乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原/抗体检测及其临床意义

目的：探讨乙型肝炎病毒前S1蛋白与乙型肝炎病毒复制的关系及其在临床上的应用。方法：通过对101例乙型肝炎患者血清进行“两对半”、HBV-DNA和前S1蛋白的检测分析。结果：101你HBsAg阳性与HBV-DNA同时阳性的血清，Presl检出率为94.1％，HbeAg/Ab的阳性率分别为58.4％和30.7％；78例preS1Ab阳性血清中，抗HBs阳性率为47.4％，抗Hbe阳性率为28.2％。结论：乙型肝炎病毒前S1蛋白表达主要在HBV DNA复制期，可以作为HbeAg和HBVDNA的补充。

Detection of hepatitis B virus pre-S1Ag/Ab and its clinical implication

Objective To compare the relationship between the expression of pre S1 protein and HBV replication and its clinical application. Methods Sera of 101 HBsAg ,HBV DNA and pre S1 protein were analyzed. Results The positive rate for pre S1 antigen was 94.5%, the positive rate for HBsAg and HBsAb was 58.7%, 30.8% respectively; in sera of 78 preS1 antibody positive patients, the positive rate for HBsAb was 48.4%, that of HBeAb was 28.2%. Conclusion All these findings suggest that the pre S1 protein might be mainly expressed at the HBV replication phase, thus, to some extent, the detection of pre S1 protein might complement HBe system and HBVDNA clinical routine.
