| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨P53和P21ras基因在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生和子宫内膜癌中表达情况,及其表达在病理诊断中的意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测15例正常子宫内膜、12例子宫内膜非典型增生和35例子宫内膜癌中P53和P21ras的表达情况。结果：15例正常子宫内膜中P53和P21ras基因表达阴性;12例子宫内膜非典型增生中2例P53阳性（16.6%）、1例P21ras阳性（8.3%）;在子宫内膜癌中P53阳性20例（57.1%）、17例P21ras阳性（48.0%）。结论：P53和P21ras基因在子宫内膜增生性疾病中均有表达,在子宫内膜癌中高表达（,P〈0.05）,对子宫内膜癌的病理诊断提供有力依据。
