| 摘 要： | 目的：观察慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠素（BNP）、内皮素（ET）和一氧化氮（NO）的变化及意义。方法：选取慢性心力衰竭患者121例,另选27例健康体检者作为正常对照组,检测入选对象的血清内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）含量和血浆脑钠素（BNP）的变化。结果：心力衰竭组血浆BNP、ET、NO水平显著高于健康对照组,随着心力衰竭程度的加重（,BNP）（、ET）、NO水平逐渐增高,LVEF逐渐降低;随着心衰程度的加重,血浆左室质量指数（LVMI）和平均室壁应力（MWS）也逐渐升高,CHF患者BNP、NO、ET水平分别与LVMI和MWS呈正相关（P〈0.01）;不同病因心力衰竭患者血浆BNP、ET、NO水平无显著性差异。结论：内皮因子ET、NO、BNP与慢性心力衰竭病情严重程度密切相关,并且参与了心室重塑的过程。
