| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市劳务工（在深圳是指没有深圳市常住户口,被用人单位招用的员工）的心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展心理卫生工作提供指导。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对深圳市龙岗区1212名厂企劳务工心理状况进行测试。结果劳务工SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数以及躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等6个因子分高于常模（P〈0.05）,总的阳性率45.71%。结论深圳市厂企劳务工心理健康状况较差,少数有较严重的心理健康问题,要对其进行适当有效的心理健康教育和干预。
