阵发性房颤患者发生急性缺血性脑卒中的相关因素分析

目的分析阵发性房颤患者发生急性缺血性脑卒中的相关因素。方法选择在该院接受治疗的94例阵发性房颤患者为研究对象,按照患者是否发生脑卒中为标准分为两组,每组47例患者,所有患者的入院时间是2017年9月至2019年4月,对照组患者未发生脑卒中,观察组患者发生脑卒中症状;比较两组患者房颤合并脑卒中与心脏指标的关系;比较两组患者房颤合并脑卒中与心脏功能、肝功能的关系。结果f波振幅<1 mm的患者更容易发生脑卒中;在心室率的比较中两组患者的指标人数相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在左房内径比较中,内径越大发生脑卒中的风险越高;两组患者房颤合并脑卒中与心脏功能、肝功能的关系比较中,心力衰竭与发生脑卒中之间具有密切联系,但是患者的肝功能与脑卒中状况没有明显关系。结论阵发性房颤患者发生脑卒中的危险因素中,左心房内径与脑卒中的发病具有联系,f波振幅较小患者更容易发生脑卒中,而心室率对是否发生脑卒中无影响;肝功能与卒中的发生没有必然联系,但心力衰竭患者更容易发生脑卒中。

Related factors of acute ischemic stroke in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

【Objective】To analyze the related factors of acute ischemic stroke in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.【Methods】Ninety-four patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the criteria of whether stroke occurred or not.Forty-seven patients in each group were hospitalized from September 2017 to April2019.No stroke occurred in the control group,while stroke symptoms occurred in the observation group.The two groups were compared.The relationship between atrial fibrillation combined with stroke and cardiac indicators was compared between the two groups,and the relationship between atrial fibrillation combined with stroke and cardiac function and liver function was compared.【Results】The patients with F wave amplitude less than 1 mm were more likely to have stroke;in the comparison of ventricular rate,the number of indicators was the same between the two groups,but there was no statistical significance;in the comparison of left atrial diameter,the larger the diameter,the higher the risk of stroke;in the comparison of the relationship between atrial fibrillation combined with stroke and cardiac function and liver function,heart failure was found in the two groups.There was a close relationship between exhaustion and stroke,but there was no significant relationship between liver function and stroke status.【Conclusion】Among the risk factors for stroke in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,left atrial diameter is associated with stroke,patients with smaller F wave amplitude are more likely to have stroke,while ventricular rate has no effect on whether stroke occurs;liver function is not necessarily related to the occurrence of stroke,but patients with heart failure are more likely to have stroke.
