慢性化脓性中耳炎的鼓室成形效果研究

目的研究慢性化脓性中耳炎的鼓室成形效果。方法回顾性分析该科80例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者按随机数余数分组法平均分为观察组与对照组,观察组进行鼓室成形术治疗,对照组进行传统乳突根治术治疗。结合随访,观察患者外耳道的形状变化情况、气骨导的变动情况、并发症是否产生、听力改善情况以及术腔和鼓膜是否复发的情况。结果观察组经过鼓室成形术治疗后总有效率可达84.5%,而进行传统乳突根治术治疗后的对照组总有效率仅为68.9%。观察组患者的干耳时间短,外耳道的形状变化正常率高,气骨导的变动范围较大;而对照组干耳时间长,外耳道的形状变化正常率较低,气骨导的变动范围较小。两组恢复效果组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与乳突根治术相比,鼓室成形术可以更迅速地对治疗起作用,术后可以达到更为理想的效果,患者可以最大程度地减少伤害。

Effects of tympanoplasty in treating chronic suppurative otitis media

【Objective】To study the effect of tympanoplasty in chronic suppurative otitis media.【Methods】Eighty patients with chronic suppurative otitis media treated in our department were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number remainder grouping method.The observation group required tympanoplasty,while the control group was treated with traditional mastoidectomy.Combined with the follow-up of the above patients,the changes in the shape of the external auditory meatus,the changes in the air conduction,whether the complications occur,the improvement in hearing,and the recurrence of the surgical cavity and tympanic membrane were observed.【Results】The total efficiency of tympanoplasty in the observation group was 84.5%,while the total efficiency of traditional radical mastoidectomy in the control group was 8.9%.In the observation group,the dry ear time was short,the normal rate of shape changes of the external auditory canal was high,and the variation range of air bone was large;while in the control group,the dry ear time was long,the normal rate of shape changes of the external auditory canal was low,the variation range of air bone was small.There was a significant difference in recovery effect between the two groups(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with mastoidotympanectomy,tympanoplasty can work more rapidly,achieve more ideal effect,and minimize the injury to patients.
