直出绿激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症早期疗效观察

目的观察直出绿激光前列腺汽化切除术(PVRP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的早期疗效。方法选取本院2018年8月至2019年7月收治的BPH患者116例,按随机编号法将其分为对照组与研究组,各58例。对照组采用经尿道选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术(PVP)治疗,研究组则采用PVRP治疗。观察比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后尿管留置时间和术后并发症情况,以及手术治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)、生活质量评分表(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)和残余尿量(PVR)的变化。结果两组间术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后尿管留置时间、术后并发症发生率以及术后IPSS、QOL、Qmax和PVR差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PVRP与PVP治疗BPH的安全性和有效性无明显差异,但PVRP的手术时间比PVP短,是更理想的BPH手术治疗方式。

Effect of direct green laser vaporization of prostate on early treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

【Objective】To observe the early effect of direct green laser vaporization of prostate(PVRP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).【Methods】A total of 116 BPH patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,58 cases each.The control group was treated with transurethral selective green laser vaporization of prostate(PVP),while the study group was treated with PVRP.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bladder flushing time,postoperative catheter retention time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.The changes of International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),quality of life(QOL)score,maximum flow rate(Qmax)and post-void residual urine(PVR)before and after the operation were also observed.【Results】There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bladder flushing time,postoperative catheter retention time,incidence of postoperative complications,IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR between the two groups(P>0.05).Operation time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】There is no significant difference in the safety and efficacy of PVRP and PVP in the treatment of BPH,but the operation time of PVRP is shorter than that of PVP,and PVRP is a better surgical treatment for BPH.
