糖尿病患者发生干眼症的相关影响因素分析

目的探讨糖尿病患者发生干眼症的相关因素。方法本研究选入案例为该院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的100例糖尿病患者,列为观察组,选择同期入院进行体检的100例健康人士作为对照组,对比两组研究对象的临床资料,同时比较两组研究对象泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验滤纸条平均浸润长度、角膜荧光素染色评分以及发生干眼症的概率,总结诱发干眼症的相关因素。结果观察组患者平均泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验滤纸条平均浸润长度低于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。经Logistic多因素分析,泪液基础分泌量与泪膜破裂时间是糖尿病患者诱发干眼症的相关因素。观察组患者干眼症发病率为58%,高于对照组的干眼症发病率12%(P<0.05)。结论泪液基础分泌量与泪膜破裂时间是糖尿病患者诱发干眼症的相关因素,与健康人士相比,糖尿病患者泪膜破裂时间更短,基础泪液分泌值减少,角膜荧光素染色评分更高,临床提倡加强对糖尿病患者的血糖监测,最大程度避免各种并发症的发生,保障其生活质量。

Related factors of dry eye in diabetic patients

【Objective】To explore the related factors of dry eye in diabetic patients.【Methods】In this study,100 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy people who were admitted to the hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The clinical data of the two groups were compared,and the related factors of inducing dry eye were summarized.At the same time,the tear film rupture time,the average infiltration of tear secretion test filter strip,corneal fluorescein staining score and the probability of dry eye were compared between the two groups.【Results】The average tear break time and the average infiltration length of the filter strip in the tear secretion test were shorter,and the corneal fluorescein staining score was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).According to the logistic analysis,the basic secretion of tear and tear rupture time were related factors of dry eye in diabetic patients.The final incidence of dry eye in diabetic patients was 58%,which was higher than that in healthy people(12%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with healthy people,diabetic patients have shorter tear rupture time,lower basal tear secretion value and higher corneal fluorescein staining score.In clinical practice,it is recommended to strengthen the prevention of diabetic induced dry eye,avoid various complications of diabetic patients to the greatest extent,and ensure thier life quality.
