四川天府新区成都直管区50岁及以上人群HIV/AIDS流行病学特征分析

目的了解四川省天府新区成都直管区(以下简称"直管区")50岁及以上HIV/AIDS流行病学特征,为该人群艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法从艾滋病防治基本信息系统中导出2008-2018年直管区50岁及以上HIV/AIDS相关资料,从人口学特征、时间分布、地区分布特征、感染途径、样本来源和晚发现情况等方面进行分析。结果直管区2008年发现首例50岁及以上HIV/AIDS,截至2018-12-31,累计报告251例,占病例总数的30.8%;男女性别比为2.6∶1,年龄最大为85岁,平均年龄为(61.58±8.08)岁,病例主要集中在60~69岁年龄组(42.2%);职业分布以农民为主(60.6%);婚姻状况以已婚有配偶为主(74.1%);文化程度初中及以下为主(81.3%);感染途径以异性传播为主(95.6%),样本来源以医疗行为检测为主(80.5%),晚发现比例较高。结论 2008-2018年50岁及以上人群艾滋病疫情发展较快,已成为艾滋病防治的重点对象,亟需针对该类人群制定有效的防治措施,多措并举,营造良好社会氛围。

Epidemiological Characteristics of HIV/AIDS Patients Aged 50 Years and Above in Chengdu Zhiguan District,Tianfu New Area,Sichuan

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients aged 50 years and above in Chengdu Zhiguan District of Sichuan Tianfu New Area(referred to as "Zhiguan District"), in order to provide scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and treatment for this population. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS patients aged 50 years old and above from 2008 to2018 were extracted from the AIDS Comprehensive Prevention Network System, and analyzed in demographic characteristics, time distribution and regional distribution characteristics, route of infection,sample source and late detection. Results The first case of HIV/AIDS aged 50 years and older was found in Zhiguan District in 2008. Before December 31, 2018, a total of 251 cases were reported, accounting for 30.8% of the total cases. The gender ratio was 2.6∶ 1, and the oldest patients was 85 years old. The average age was(61.58 ± 8.08) years old, the cases were mainly concentrated in the age group of 60-69 years old, accounting for 42.2%. The occupational distribution was mainly farmers, accounting for 60.6%. The marital status was dominated by married, accounting for 74.1%. The education level of patients was mainly junior high school and below, accounting for 81.3%. The floating population accounted for 15.5%. The route of infection was mainly heterosexual transmission, and the sample was mainly reported by medical institutions,and the late detection rate was relatively high. Conclusion The AIDS epidemic among the 50-yearold and above has been developing rapidly in 2008-2018, and this group has become the key target of AIDS prevention and control. It is urgent to formulate effective prevention and control measures for this group,and take more measures to create a good social atmosphere.
