摘    要:目的探讨护理干预课程的制定实施对开胸术后胸腔引流管留置时间的影响。方法将95例开胸手术患者随机分为实验组(n=50)与对照组(n=45),对实验组患者实施护理干预课程,内容包括心理护理与疼痛管理、呼吸功能锻炼、活动训练及引流效能增进课程等,课程设置均含具体的内容、方法、频次、时机与实施责任人、督导人等;对照组按护理常规进行护理。记录两组患者胸腔引流管平均留置时间。结果实验组与对照组胸腔引流管平均留置时间分别为74.40±8.88h、91.68±10.08h,经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胸腔引流管护理干预课程在保证患者获得基本一致的护理项目的同时,在施教和参与中增强了护士和患者的自我效能,形成良好的正反馈,可有效缩短开胸术后胸腔引流管留置时间,减少患者的痛苦与费用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the indwelling time of thoratic drainage tube after thoratic operation. Methods Ninety,five patients were randomly divided into the experiment group (n=50) and the control group (n=45). Patients in the experiment group received intervention course, which included psychological nursing, pain administration, breathing function exercise, physical training and drainage,efficacy enhancement. The course showed its concrete content in the methods, frequency, timing and directors. Those in the control group were cared with normal nursing methods. The indwelling time of thoratic drainage tube in both groups were recorded. Result The indwelling time in the experiment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusions Besides normal nursing, the course can ensure self,efficacy of patients and nurses, shorten the indwelling time of thoratic drainage tube, and reduce patients' pain and expenses.[
