皮瓣矫形加侧切术治疗环状混合痔180例临床观察

目的观察皮瓣矫形加侧切术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将290例环状混合痔患者随机分为2组。治疗组180例采用皮瓣矫形加侧切术治疗,对照组110例按传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察2组临床疗效、复发率及并发症。结果治疗组180例均治愈,15例术后肛门水肿,无肛门狭窄及出血;对照组110例均治愈,28例术后肛门水肿,1例轻度肛门狭窄,1例术后出血。2组复发率及并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论皮瓣矫形加侧切术是治疗环状混合痔的较理想的术式。

Clinical observation of skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhiods

Objective To evaluate therapeutical effects of skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 290 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhiods were randomly divided into two groups. 110 patients in control were treated by routine operation of external stripping and internal ligation. 180 cases in treatment group were treated by skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision. Results All the 180 cases in the treatment group were cured,15 cases edema of wound edge, no postoperative anal stenosis and bleeding; 110 cases in the control group were cured, 28cases edema of wound edge,1cases postoperative slight anal stenosis and 1cases bleeding. Conclusion The therapeutical effects of skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision are greatly better than traditional operation of external stripping and internal ligation. So it＇s a more ideal treatment to circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.
