颅脑损伤高压氧治疗的观察与护理

目的 评价颅脑损伤高压氧治疗护理的效果。方法 将颅脑损伤289例随机分为治疗组和对照组，通过对入高压氧舱前、中、后的观察采取相应的护理措施。结果 治疗组痊愈占26．83％，对照组痊愈占20．12％。结论 高压氧治疗颅脑损伤能提高疗效，在生命体征稳定的情况下，治疗越早，疗效越好，加强护理可促进康复。

Observation and Nursing of Head Injury Treated byHigh Pressure Oxygen

Objective To evaluate the effect on high pressure oxygen on head injury. Methods 289 cases with head injury were randomly devided into the treatment group and the control group, evaluate the curative effect by means of observation and nursing before, during, and after entering the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Results The effect of the treatment group was significant. Conclusion The head injury treated by high pressure oxygen can promote the curative effect, on the condition of stable physical sign, the earlier, the better. But the state of head injury changes quickly, it is a special treating condition, special nursing is needed to keep tab on the state changes of illness.
