| 摘 要： | 目的：建立复方羊角颗粒的微生物限度检验方法。方法：采用常规法和培养基稀释法进行试验。结果与结论：复方羊角颗粒的细菌、霉菌和酵母菌的计数方法采用培养基稀释法，控制菌检查采用常规法检验，结果有效可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish microbial limit test for Compound Yangjiao Granule.Methods:Verification test was carries out by common method and nutrient medium dilution method. Result and Conclusion:It is effective and feasible that bacteria,filamentons fungi and yeast count were detected with nutrient medium dilution method;Control bacteria can be tested by using the conventional method . |
