倍他乐克联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

目的：探讨倍他乐克联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法：将我院收治的116例冠心病心绞痛患者分为两组：对照组58例和观察组58例。对照组采用常规治疗方案，观察组运用倍他乐克联合丹参滴丸治疗。结果：两组心绞痛症状、心电图改善情况比较，观察组治疗显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率改善明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）；两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：倍他乐克联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛，可取得较常规治疗方法更为显著的临床疗效，安全性好。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Angina Pectoris in CHD by Metoprolol with Danshen Dropping Pills

Objietive:To discuss the effect and safety of treatment of angina pectoris in CHD by metoprolol with Danshen dripping pills. Method:The 116 patients with angina pectoris in CHD received and cured in our hospital are divided into two groups , with 58 in control group and 58 in observation group. A conventional therapeutic schedule is adopted for the control group while metoprolol with Danshen dripping pills is used in the observation group.Result:A comparison on the improvement of the anginal symptom and electrocardiogram in both groups shows that the significant therapeutic efficiency and total efficiency of the observation group are apparently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the various hemodynamic indexes in the observation group are improved better than that in the control group (P<0.01); there isn’t obvious difference between both groups in the incidence rate of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion:The use of metoprolol with Danshen dropping pills for the treatment of angina pectoris in CHD can achieve a more remarkable clinical effect than the conventional therapeutic methods. In addition, it has a high security.
