| 摘 要： | 目的：观察超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑黄瘤疗效。方法：采用美国科以人公司生产的超脉冲CO2激光机治疗162例睑黄瘤病人，即将激光对准病变组织逐层祛除至正常组织。结果：除56例由于病变范围较大分两次激光治疗，其余均一次性根除，创面愈合良好，皮肤无明显瘢痕，随访半年无复发。结论：采用这种方法治疗睑黄瘤是目前较理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the treatment effect on eyelid xanthelasma with ultrapuluse CO2 laser Methods: The ultrapuluse CO2 laser meter which was produced by coherent Co of American was used,taking the laser collimated lesion tissue,the strata were resected one by one to normal itssue 162 cases of eyelid xanthelasma were operated in all Results: 56 cases were operated by twice because of the large lesion range, the rest were eradicated by one , the surfaces of wound had a good union, skin had union, skin hadn't obviously scar,there was relapse in six months follow up Conclusion: This is a better method of the therapy on eyelid xanthelasma today |
