| 摘 要： | Colles骨折是桡骨远端伸直型骨折，在1814年由Abraham Colles首次描述。这种腕关节附近的骨折是老年人上肢最常见的骨折。占骨科急诊病人约1／6左右。它是由于跌倒时，前臂旋前，腕关节呈背伸位，躯干向下的重力和地面向上的反作用力在桡骨下端处出现剪力而造成骨折。

| Abstract: | patients with colles' fracture in senior citizen were Treated Methods: Use plaster cast and take Huoxue herbs orally ,after 2-3weeks to do function exercise. Results: the care rate was 63% and rate of improvement was 37%. Conclusion: There was notable curative effect on geriatric colles' fracture with synthetical therapy. |
