摘    要:目的 评价铅对作业工人子女智力、神经行为的影响。方法 选择父亲和 (或 )母亲从事铅作业的 14 7名某市区儿童 (6~ 10岁 )为接触组 ,父母亲均不接触铅及其它化学毒物、居住在同一市区的儿童 99名为对照组。测定两组儿童血铅、发铅、血锌卟啉、智商和神经行为功能。结果 父母职业性接触铅其子女发铅、血铅、锌卟啉明显高于对照组 (P<0 0 1) ,血铅、发铅水平与智商水平基本呈负相关关系。行为功能简单反应时、数字跨度得分 ,接触组明显低于对照组(P <0 0 1) ;上述改变以父亲母亲同时接触铅影响最大、父亲接触铅次之、母亲接触铅影响最小。结论 父母职业接触铅增加其子女铅负荷 ,造成儿童的智力和神经行为不良影响

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of parents' occupational exposure to lead on the intelligen ce and neurobehavioral functions of their descendents. Methods 147 children (6-10 years old) in the city whose father and (or) mother exposed to lead were selected as the exposed group, and 99 child ren, whose parents were not exposed to lead and other chemicals were served as t he control. Blood and hair lead were assessed by atomic absorption spectrophotom eter; zinc porphyrin (ZPP) by fluorometer; intelligence quotient (IQ) was eval ua ted with combined raven's test picture book (CRT-CC); neurobehavioral functio ns were evaluated by NCTB recommended by WHO.Results The hair lead, blood lead and blood ZPP were significantly higher in the exposed group ( P <0 01). There was negative relativity between blood lead or hair l ead a nd IQ. The core of simple reaction time and digit span in exposed group were muc h lower than those of the control group ( P <0 01). The above change patterns appeared to be most marked in those cases with both parents' exposure, lesser ma rked with fathers' exposure only and least marked with mothers' exposure only. Conclusion Occupation exposure to lead in parents might have certain adverse effects on the intelligence and neurobehavioral functions of their descendents.
