| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究特异性鸡蛋黄抗体IgY在体外对变形链球菌生长及蔗糖依赖性粘附的影响。 方法 :在培养变形链球菌的培养基中加入不同浓度的IgY ,厌氧培养 18h后 ,涂片 ,显微镜下观察细菌生长形态 ,用分光光度计测定细菌生长状况。含蔗糖培养基中加入不同浓度的IgY ,厌氧培养变形链球菌 ,观察变链菌对试管壁的粘附作用 ,定量计算细菌粘附比例。结果 :加入IgY抗体后 ,变形链球菌的繁殖数量并不发生改变 ,但在生长过程中出现凝集现象 ,且随着IgY浓度的增加凝集程度增加 ,菌链增长 ,对试管壁的粘附性下降。 结论 :IgY不影响细菌的繁殖分裂 ,但可使细菌发生凝集 ,蔗糖依赖性粘附力下降

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the growth and the adherence of streptococcus mutans incubated with the specific egg-yolk IgY in vitro.Methods:S. mutans cultured with IgY of different concentrations. After culturing, S. mutans were observed by Gram stain and by spectrophotometer, and the percentages of the adherent S. mutans were calculated.Results:The specific egg-yolk IgY did not inhibit the growth of S. mutans, but the long chain was occurred.The adherence of S. mutans cells on the glass was decrease with the increase of the concentration of IgY.Conclusions:The specific egg-yolk IgY can aggregate S. mutans cells and suppress the adherence of S. mutans cells to the glass. |
