| 摘 要： | 目的探讨情志护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者生存质量的影响。方法对70例乳腺癌根治术后患者实施情志护理。干预前后采用修订后生存质量调查量表对患者进行调查。结果情志护理干预后患者生存质量得分较干预前高,干预前后比较,t=-2.07,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论情志护理干预能提高乳腺癌根治术后患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of emotional care on the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing radical operation. Methods Emotional nursing intervention was conduced to 70 breast cancer patients undergoing radical operation. The modified life quality scale was used before and after the radical operations for the investigation of their quality of life. Result The score on the quality of life after emotional care was significantly higher than that after the emotional care （t = -2.07, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Emotional care may raise breast cancer patients＇ quality of life after the radical mastectomy. |
